To all BGKC Members,
The 2019 BGKC Special General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 4th
at STARPLEX (upstairs), Trinity Drive, Evanston Park, and is scheduled to start at 7.30 pm.
We are giving 21 days notice for this very important event. We would like to see as many Members attend as possible.
Please note all positions will be declared vacant and we have a number of Committee Members that are not standing for re-election.
Their positions include Treasurer and Race Secretary plus roles as Grid Marshall and Lap Scorer.
It is your club people, so please volunteer for a position or if you know someone who’s willing to possibly stand to help manage this fantastic Club, please confirm with them and contact the Club Secretary, Cheryl Ellis at secretary@barossagokartclub.asn.au
